Nike Air Max 90 Current x Ben Drury

A wee bit before Christmas Nike released an Air Max 90 Current collab. with right famous Brit artist, Ben Drury. First knocked out back in Autumn 2008, the AM 90 Current has been given a dressing down by Drury. Dark, effortless, workable and with no-frills attached; it is easy to see the link between the sneaker and Drury’s inspiration – London city by night. Looking at these sneaks, perhaps the white midsole represents ground level, the street lights etc; the simple black upper is the dark of the night, setting the backdrop for the electric blue laces, the lights of the skyline. Based on practicality and simplicity is doesn’t fail, these creps are clean.
