Doxa Clothing first made their way on to the pages of JinjaBeard at the front end of January, and have been up to their ol’ tricks once again – making dead cool clothes. Simple really.

They have been in business little over a year now and it is great to see a young, fresh label going from strength to strength, especially given the economic climate of the past twelve months. It just goes to show that determination, hard work and a good idea travel a long way, regardless.

Their new collection highlights not only how good their clothes look and fit but also their development as a label, with their lookbook snaps showing a high level of professionalism and thought behind it. The photos were shot in Bury St. Edmunds – Doxa Clothing’s hometown – and the picturesque, historic market town provides the inspiration behind this season’s collection.

So, from JinjaBeard to Doxa Clothing, it’s a thumbs up for the new collection and a (belated) happy birthday.

Doxa Clothing

January 10, 2010

Now here is a brand that is gaining momentum like a runaway train down my ends… Doxa (Greek for glory). They are a fresh-off-the-press streetwear brand that incorporates Christian aspects into its products. The guys that do it come from round my way, although I only know half the pair (Josh Stannard). I have been following their progress closely – through the various social networking means – and always promised myself that if, and when, I started blogging these guys would get some coverage from me very quickly.

This Tee below, based on the Biblical story of Noah and his Ark, is my personal fave.
